Return Policy

To start a return for store credit, visit our return center here.

We want you to love your purchases & we strive to make sure that you do. However, if you're unhappy with your items, please read our policy below to initiate the return process.

  • We offer STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE ONLY. We do not offer refunds at this time. 
  • Returns will only be accepted within 15 days of delivery. 
  • All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with tags.  
  • ALL ITEMS THAT WERE PURCHASED ON SALE OR ON A SPECIAL DISCOUNT DAY are FINAL SALE ONLY.
  • A fee of $10 will be deducted from your store credit/exchange to cover the cost of your return. 
  • Please be mindful that our products are handmade by artisans and imperfections do occur. However, if you believe an item you purchased is truly defective or damaged, please email georgia@darviny.com with pictures and we will work to fix the issue.

At Just Darviny, we take great care in preparing your orders for shipment to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition. Once your package has been entrusted to UPS, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor its journey to your destination.

Please note that Just Darviny is not liable for any lost or stolen packages once they are in the possession of UPS. We recommend that you track your package regularly and consider choosing a delivery location where someone will be available to receive it. Should any issues arise with your delivery, we encourage you to reach out directly to UPS for assistance using your provided tracking information.
